Converse x Fashion East Present Customized Chuck Taylor Designer Editions

Providing the Iconic Chuck Taylor as the canvas for Fashion East designers Claire Barrow, Ryan Lo and Ashley Williams were asked to create and customise them for their Autumn/Winter 2013 collections. Metal toe caps and paint finishing for Claire Barrows design, ribbon laces and pastel colors for Ryan Lo and Ashley Williams who took her inspiration from Elvis Presley showing black Chuck’s with punchy slogans, the final creations have been reinterpretated to runway pieces that were presented at Fashion East’s Autumn/Winter 2013-14 show at Tate Modern on Monday.

What makes the designer versions even more desirable is that all styles are already available from converse.
